i should not be thrilled about going back to work.. i know i am not but i just dont feel it quite yet... i dont think the "feeling" has sunk in just yet.. i honestly dont want to go back to work or do any work for that matter.. but the idea of "extra" cash is just so tempting... a couple of my friends on Mat Leave are already doing it and they are obviously enjoying it...

the same nursing agency that my friends are working with has already hired me since last week of February but I decided not to pick up any shifts until this coming Tuesday.. and for that reason, I wish Tuesday would never come, LOL! ugh! i dont wanna work but i know i need to... the Maternity Leave Benefits are great but I find that I dont get as much cash as I used to when I was still working.. the combined EI and Mat Pay that Im getting is almost just 3/4 of what i used to earn... and that sucks! but no, it shouldnt suck coz atleast im not working right? LOL!

but whatever, it still sucks! i need my money so baby Luke and I can spend more time at the mall, hahaha!

the "extra" cash is really very tempting so Im going ahead with this casual nursing job... it shouldnt be that hard coz Im not picking up a lot of shifts and I intend to work night shifts as much as possible... I find that its easier to work on nights becoz almost 100% of the time the patients are already sleeping and I just have to stand by for emergencies. so that should be ok...

and besides that, as far as I kow, Im going to continue to get my EI pay until the end of my Mat Leave.. however, the Maternity Pay is going to end on my 6th month... having said that, that will suck even more! so i should really start doing some work and get used to it...

*sigh*

i wish i'd win the lottery so i wouldnt go back to work...
